HR Manager

(1) Degree in HR Management or related discipline.

(2) Minimum 5 years related working experience in a reputable and established company with good HR practice, such as NGO, Bank, MNC, etc.

(3) A Generalist, or a Business Partner.

(4) A very hands-on person (willing to roll up his/her sleeves). Able to work in a rigid and bureaucratic environment.

(5) Excellent interpersonal skills.

(6) Size of the Company slightly below 200 employee.
