關於角色
~ Responsible for managing both buyers and suppliers, with the active aim of enhancing sourcing capabilities and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category in China, South & East Asia.
~ Evaluate and to develop new sources e.g. products, suppliers, countries in China, South & East Asia.
~ Handling sourcing process from end to end e.g. product development, preselection, assortments, price negotiation, order placement and timely delivery etc.
~ In the role of strategic partner of buyers, manage and supervise work in progress, evaluate feasibility of projects and get project information from buyers
~ Closely liaise with Head of Department to assure comprehensive information for all related topics and projects is shared
~ Independent handling of complete tenders’ processes e.g. AMS and NeoGrid in coordination with the Strategic Purchasing Department and internal Merchandising team
~ Monitor supplier’s performance, quality and share information with suppliers
~ Review samples with potential hazards together with Manager, Dept.
~ Uphold good internal cooperation with other Departments
要求
~ Diploma or above in merchandising industry, relevant experience in Food Section is a must
~ Min. 8 years of experience in Merchandising, procurement, or supply chain with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
~ Regional sourcing experience in China, South & East Asia and working in cross cultural team and able to work across multicultural environment
~ Self-motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details
~ Strong planning and organizational skills and confident to make decision, result and service-oriented
~ Conversant with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet
~ Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
~ Hardworking, good time management and organizational skills
~ Ability to handle pressure and willing for routine work
