Reports to: General Manager, Leasing
1. Formulating and implementing marketing and leasing strategies for the Company’s rental portfolio covering commercial properties.
2. Setting annual income targets for all leasing teams to attain maximum investment yield and manage all leasing activities.
3. Constantly keeping abreast of the most current leasing market information in PRC and championing innovative leasing initiatives.
4. Actively maintaining good relations with key tenants and establishing strong network with real estate agents.
5. Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time.
6. Working closely with property management and promotions teams in planning and directing high quality promotional programs for the Company’s assets.
要求
A degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents. At least 5 years’ managerial experience is with PRC market.
Strong knowledge of PRC leasing regulation and contracts.
Dynamic, result and details oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.
