角色與責任:
- 負責700多間客房的甲級服務式公寓的物業管理部門
- 不時制定和實施資產增值工作,以確保公寓日 常營運的順利進行
- 準備年度公寓預算並監控物業費用。
- 監控公寓設備和系統的正常運作。
- 與相關部門和外部供應商/承包商聯絡,確定公寓內進行的專案和維護工作的時間表。
- 管理租戶並維持高標準的物業管理運營,以實現公司的目標。
報酬:
薪酬將根據成功候選人的背景、當前職位和當前薪酬制定適當的水平。
要求
A degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents. At least 3 years’ experience is with PRC market.
Strong knowledge of PRC property management regulation and contracts.
Hands on operation experience is required with detailed working attitude, strong customer service is preferred
Dynamic and result oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.
