Steve Lo People Resources Limited was established in 2005 by Steve Lo.  With sound and proven experience and reputation in providing executive search service, human resources management consultancy and training and development solutions to diverse companies and corporations in Hong Kong and major cities in China, we have a strong guanxi (關係) and a good understanding of the market in Hong Kong and China.

Steve Lo

Steve Lo People Resources Ltd was established in 2005. Prior to setting up the Company, Steve has served in a few leading multinational companies in the service, high-tech, garment and insurance industries, including Motorola, Inchcape Pacific, Inchcape Buying Office, Guardian Royal Exchange and Hewitt.

Steve has demonstrated his ability, capability, and leadership in supporting our clients in achieving their business objectives. Besides executive search work, he provided consultancy and facilitation on different aspects of human resources management including formulation of human resources actionable strategies, people values and philosophy, leadership and talent development, organization development and change management, performance and total reward management, employee engagement, employer's branding, learning culture, organization alignment, etc.
Steve has strong working knowledge and experience in the Asia Pacific region covering Hong Kong, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University.

Christine Yeung

Christine Yeung is a seasoned human resources and talent development professional. With more than 30 years of proven experience in the human resources management field, she has worked in a few leading companies ranging from retailing, multinational, and conglomerates covering various industries and business sectors.
Having worked in China for a long period, Christine has a good working knowledge on the local HR practices, employment market, and has established a sound business network in China.
Started from 2012 Christine has dedicated to consultancy work relating to people development and executive search aiming to contribute her wealth of experience to help people unlocking their potential and organizations leveraging on their talents for growing their businesses.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from The University of Hong Kong and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Training Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition, she has been a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management for more than 20 years.

Eva Lau

Eva Lau is a seasoned Human Resources Professional. She has sound and proven experience working in a number of renowned multinational companies and leading conglomerates as their HR Director, such as Motorola, Seagram, Coats and Lee Kum Kee, etc.
Eva is specializing in supporting and facilitating organizations to change and in identifying/developing talents to meet their business needs.
Eva holds an MBA degree from The University of East Asia, and 4 Post Graduate degrees from The Chinese University. She is also a Certified Trainer for many world-class Management Training Programmes.
She has been the Chairperson for People Management Association, Committee Member of Institute Human Resources Management, Vocational Training Council, etc.
She is our Director of People Resources Consulting.

Jennifer Leung

Jennifer has extensive sales & marketing management and consulting experience in the FMCG and logistics sectors. Prior to joining our company, she has worked for a few reputable multinational companies including UPS, Pillsbury (have now been acquired by General Mills), Monsanto Asia Limited, Ferrero Asia Ltd and The East Asiatic Company. One of the major achievements Jennifer has accomplished was to lead and help a US listed company in their major new product launch in Hong Kong in the capacity of a Lead Marketing Consultant.

Jennifer has joined our company in 2009 as Director - People Resources Consulting. Her sound experience and exposures in marketing strategies, client relations and business knowledge have indeed equipped her with all the needed competencies in serving and working with our clients as business partner for searching management positions in various industries successfully.

She has studied Hotel Business Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Hull.

Mable Poon 

Mable has over 20 years proven professional experience in Training and Executive Search services, Publicity & Promotion, and Team Transformation.

Before devoting to the Head Hunting business, Mable was the Head of Enterprise Consulting & Learning and was leading the Commercial Insight team for D&B in Hong Kong.

She has achieved significant revenue growth by taking the initiative to leveraging the talents and resources across the teams, and incorporating D&B core competencies into their management programs. She has also won numerous leadership awards during her time in D&B.

Mable has been devoting and focusing on the executive search business since 2013, and has brought great values to our clients by not only identifying right talents, but providing appropriate advice and analysis on the employment market. Whilst her forte is on strategies formulation, team leadership, job market analysis and business flair. Her clients' profiles include multinational corporations, state-owned and private enterprises in Hong Kong, publicly listed companies, leading conglomerates, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, retailing, FMCG, etc.
