About the Role

> Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent, candidates with relevant professional qualifications preferred;
> At least 20 years’ relevant experience with at least 10 years solid experience in design or E&M management in Mainland projects
> Conversant with construction regulations and formalities, especially the procedures of PRC building and Fire Service in Mainland China
> Experience of preparation of tender (including analysis and report) for management’s decision is preferred
> Experience in Facilities Management is an advantage
> Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Requirements

  • Responsible for providing all aspects of building services engineering support and monitoring to the assigned projects

  • Responsible for the renovation in commercial complex, including office, shopping mall, hotel, service apartment and etc.

  • Provide technical support for overall design management, construction, repair and maintenance supervision of the assigned project(s), including coordination with the consultants, supervision of contractors, monitoring of work progress, quality and costs, as well as preparation and maintenance of project documentation

  • Ensure the electrical and mechanical related works are completed on time, at the specified quality standard and within the budgeted cost
