About the Role

Roles:

- Manage the sales team to achieve the assigned sales targets and gross profits.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers requiring assistance with professional knowledge.
- Identify clear project requirements and communicate with stakeholders from multiple functions, including Marketing, R&D and Operations to ensure project goals are delivered on time and within stakeholders and team's expectations.
- Understand business drivers and initiatives, and identify added value for the customer and have to build and strengthen relationships with them.
- Liaise with R&D to deal with new product / market development activities, technical issues, and complaints.
- Evaluate the competitive market and analyse for the potentials, track sales forecast and status reports.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline with minimum 10 years or above sales / technical experience in which minimum 5 years in managerial level

  • Preferrable in the concrete related industry.

  • Knowledge of construction / concrete / manufacturing is at advantage

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strategic planning with structured approach and result oriented.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
