About the Role
Role and Responsibilities:
- Head up the department Property Management of Grade A Service Apartment with 700+ guest rooms
- Formulating and implementing asset enhancement works from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the Apartments’ day-to-day operation
- Prepare annual apartments’ budget and monitor expenses for the property.
- Monitor the properly running of the apartments’ equipment and system.
- Liaise with relevant departments and external suppliers/contractors on the time frame for projects and maintenance works being carried out within the apartment premise.
- Manage the tenants and maintain the property management operation at a high standard to achieve company’s objectives.
Remuneration:
Compensation will be set at a level appropriate to the background, current position and current compensation of the successful candidate.
Requirements
A degree in business management or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with prominent property developers or real estate agents. At least 3 years’ experience is with PRC market.
Strong knowledge of PRC property management regulation and contracts.
Hands on operation experience is required with detailed working attitude, strong customer service is preferred
Dynamic and result oriented. Must have a strong passion for accomplishments and an ability to work under pressure. Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese and Putonghua.
